Extra large and clean room. Feels like home and comfort. Good location, close to restaurants and Mt Ijen trek starting point. Good breakfast, nice taste. Ample parking and close to the room.

All was perfect.

the stunning view from my room was a highlight of my stay, and the comfortable twin beds ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast was OK+ with a variety of options. the staff were generally well-maintained and provided all facility services promptly.

But one thing that can be improved is the staff's knowledge about the local area - they seemed a little inexperienced and may need some additional training.

We booked a family room at Grand Harvest Resort & Villas and were delighted with the nice view from our room. The room itself was extra large and clean, making us feel like we were at home. The facilities inside the room were excellent, adding to our comfort during our stay. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From organizing tours and transportation, to assisting with breakfast timing, they were always eager to help. The facilities inside the rooms were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, being very close to the starting point for the Ijen tour.

I had a great time at this resort! The location was perfect, nestled among beautiful paddy fields. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, offering a true home-away-from-home feel. I really enjoyed the pick-up and drop-off service, as well as the guided tour to nearby attractions. But what stood out most was the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable.

While my stay was overall fantastic, there were a few minor issues. The breakfast could have been more varied and it was a bit loud at night due to ongoing construction.

Spent an awesome Easter weekend at this resort! Enjoyed the comfortable room with crisp and clean bedding that made us feel at home. the staff was outstanding and very welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. the hotel has a beautiful property with lovely gardens, offering an idyllic setting that made us feel relaxed and at peace. the resort also had a great pool area, perfect for those hot summer days!

The view from our room wasn't great as we could only see the parking area and some employee motorbikes. the bathroom in our room was not well-maintained, with some moldy areas and missing caulking around the tub.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The room we booked was huge and had a modern look. The facilities were excellent, including the air conditioning and the jacuzzi which was perfect after our hike. The owner and staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was serene and provided a nice view. we were extremely pleased with the service and amenities provided at this hotel.
